Neurotwin Meeting – Seville

From March 15 to 17, it was our turn to host the plenary meeting of the Neurotwin project in Seville. As we’ve mentioned in previous posts, Neurotwin is a European project involving several labs from across Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, and the USA), with the mission of developing advanced brain models to characterize individual pathology, predict the physiological effects of transcranial electromagnetic stimulation, and use these models to design optimal brain stimulation protocols for Alzheimer’s disease.

We organized the event at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, where we shared updates on our respective research and progress. Of course, we also took some time to enjoy a glass of wine or beer and some delicious tapas—because science and fun can go hand in hand!er and dementia patients thanks to our results and our colleagues.
