Marta spent the first two weeks of February in Magdeburg. It was a short but intense stay, where she worked in Dr. Janelle Pakan’s lab to learn the ins and outs of mouse research using virtual reality experiments. We had been trying to fine-tune these experiments for over a year, but we faced challenges getting the animals to learn a task in a virtual environment. Thanks to the support of the entire Magdeburg team, we’ve finally managed to perfect the technique and bring it back to Seville!
